Personal reading with medium - next steps advice

Dear All,

This is my first post on here and I'm basically just looking for advice. I recently had a personal reading with a medium where my maternal grandfather came through. He has spoken to me before at a previous reading. The medium said towards the end that I had an interest in this area and was just starting my journey in spirit. She also said I had the qualities to be a healer and that my Grandad would act as my spirit guide in this area when the time was right.

My question is does this sound realistic? I found everything else the medium said very accurate and I must admit healing is an area that interests me very much.

Would be grateful to hear anybody's thoughts

Hello and welcome!

I have been to my channeler three times, not for communication with diseased loved ones, but for other things.

My take is that you do need to practice discernment as to what is being said to you. A simple question would be, does it resonate with you? Over time, the answer should reveal itself to you.

I feel that you have a little bit of hesitation now. Perhaps you could explore what caused that hesitation?

Hi there,

Thanks for your reply. There is probably a bit of reluctance on my part, mainly due to a difficult time recently which has left my confidence shaken. Events since I posted have somewhat convinced me that this will be my eventual path in life when I am ready to follow it

I actually discovered myself that the gifts others had that I was interested in, I ended up developing later on my own, so its very possible. It is realistic, but its also important for you to trust your own instincts and don't rely exclusively on someone else's.
