1 Kundalini is not sexual energy although it may seem like it at the root to sacral level. I liken it more as Amrit (nectar). Here, some people talk of kundalini as lover for example whereas I say She is Divine Mother.
2 Forced activation of kundalini from my viewpoint is a strict no. Just let it be. The aim is God realisation, not kundalini activation. If that happens spontaneously, if it is meant to be, receive the offering in a state of surrender and acceptance, but don’t crave for it.
3 The feeling of unworthiness etc, well, all thoughts are a function of ego or identity. It is an illusion. Silence sets us free. Nothing complicated about that.
4 No one can teach kundalini practice, it is a ridiculous idea really. Still, a fad these days and many self-proclaimed gurus are making money out of this, thereby harming students and retarding their own progress as well by commercialising benedictions of grace.
5 Bliss is not attained on ascent of kundalini from root to crown but rather after the ascent, the next step is polarity balance* (*it is a vivid physical process, unnerving) and then the cosmic egg in head splits, we are literally hatched out of it, wherefrom male and female polarities, Shiva & Shakti, descend to heart, the spiritual heart, not the Anahata chakra where union results in an explosion of bliss, igniting the central vein.
That said, I do agree with some of the other points he makes in the video.
I had seen this video earlier actually and was about to comment but then I thought, ‘let it be!’
