Mate, in my opinion it just means you ignored the voice of intuition at some stage when you left. Thats natural though, thats how it tends to work for us. Maybe it was telling you to go to Scotland. Or go and buy a boat. Or go for a run. I dont know. What happens is that when we leave these retreats we slip back into accepted 'routines' which come from mind, and thats the end of the freedom. Do you have a 9 -5 job daz? That would probably be enough to scupper it. Im not saying you should pack the job in, Im just saying that freedom is easy to maintain but only if we are willing to follow the voice of intuition and freedom at all times. It might mean having to do something bizarre like go to Scotland or something though!

A few years ago I used to think that I could achieve the state and then apply it to my life the way it was. I finally got the message that if I want to maintain the state then I would have to change my life too in accordance with the state. The internal and external go hand in hand. I had to make some big changes in my life over a fairly long period of time before I was able to maintain the state for longer periods. Sometimes its most appropriate to 'wait' though, even though we understand that what we are doing is not conducive to the state of freedom.

Just to be clear again, Im not suggesting that you do actually go and buy a boat or anything like that, Im actually just trying to take the burden off a bit - when we lose the state, its not because its hard to maintain, its simply because we are not quite listening to our true inner voice of freedom and joy. If you want to return to the state, just check with your guidance as to what truth you are avoiding. Is there something you are doing which you dont want to do? Is there something you want to do that you are not doing?

Hope none of that has caused offence, Ive been treading on toes lately (even more than normal!) and Im a touch sensitive. Please feel free to ignore it!

No worries mate...You are always respectful to me...

Yer I do have a 9-5 job...

I totally lost myself In that week, no newspapers no outside world.

From dawn till dusk as a group we meditated, and went Into trance states, for much of the day....Sound work on top of the cliffs over looking the sea..etc, We all lost track of the days and the healing work was Intense, and many were crying If they weren’t laughing (lol)

I got home all hyper sensitive but at peace...

I didn’t even want to speak because even that would of tainted / spoilt the energy.

I had to pick up a few Items from the shops and immediately my mind was drawn to the unhappiness of others and I felt myself being pulled In many directions, I could feel myself fragmenting.

I had my sensitivity explained to me In detail on the retreat, so I know why and It’s necessary at the mo, until It Isn’t.

As you know I meditate daily and go for a run - It’s these things that keep me sane.

I know that a few shifts occurred during the retreat and It’s has a lot to do with releasing energies that do not serve me...

thanks for your Input

That sounds really really cool. I get it. I also get the sense the meditation is helpful for you at this time, even if its just for sanity reasons! 'Patience' is what Im hearing, at some stage I feel you are bound to be guided or moved away from the 9 to 5 job, but when the time is right and when things are ready for you to be dashing up and down like that bishop hehe. Take care.

All That Is vibrates with desire.
The denial of desire will bring you only listlessness.
Those who deny desire are the most smitten by it.

Ta Andy....

Yes patience Is the key lol

It’s like a tree.

One’s tree needs to be firm rooted and established In order to whether a storm.

And Indeed a storm Is coming.

Whats been accuring regarding myself and many others Is that the sensitive ones are aware of a wave of change that will Initially bring fear to the masses.

And yes within 2 years I should be out of my 9-5. (lol)

In time people will not be working In the way that we have become accustomed to as the Infrastructure / finances on the planet will not be the same.

The Bishop has much work to do as have many others.

Geez GL all this stuff about this that and the other is so complex... of course on retreat the daily grind is taken away, your food is served, the environment is serene, and you just chillax, so of course it leaves you feelin groovy.

Then you get back to the housework, phones, bills, job and the rest of it, and there is so much more to contend with, so of course it feels different.

I think what you are being told is waaaayyyy too complex.

Ah Gem but the worry that's related to phone bills and the ordinary mind Is a waste of energy..

Doesn't this point out to the Individual that most of our lives are In fact focusing on everything that Is not Us - That Is not Important?

How can there be peace on earth lol

What was mentioned on the retreat was confirmation of what I already know and have been shown.

It Isn't complex at all..
