Talk about resurrecting a thread! I forgot all about this one...great new pics, and I mean great, that would be heaven for any pooch! The rocky creek or lake is reminiscent of one that ran through my home town, but smaller in most places. The first pic you shared norseman, was especially awesome.

Thanks SG...i enjoy sharing them. I reckon we enjoyed watching Khan dog having a ball more then he did exploring and swimming. LOL...the water was cold but that didn't stop him. Over the causeway the water is dog-paddle deep and paddle he did! Adored it. Now he's worn out and snoring on his bed...won't see him till light of day. The area is simply delicious isn't it? I bet you must have loved your creek to.

I did love it, spent so many hours there w/friends or alone, exploring, catching minnows in our hands, in a jar, almost losing it in winter when the sides were ice! The standout is the neverending sound of it moving along, through and over the rocks.

Funny you should say that because we said the same thing today. No other sounds but the babbling water...very lulling and relaxing.
