Thankfully this is true....it is hope for mankind....:) Those with little ego have much less to defend.....fewer entrenched beliefs.....they do not allow pride to be their downfall. You must believe that they are more open-minded....perhaps like little children ? Thanks for your post....:) |

Adam had the Spirit of God melded united with his spirit from the beginning. His Soul was enlightened and body perfect. However, he chose to obey the chief of the fallen angels and turn his back on God, causing a disconnection with the Spirit of God and a connection with the fallen angels spirit.
Prior to his fall, he was able understand and identify himself as joined with God and he related with the All/Creation as such. But after losing the Spirit of God, which is Light, his soul was in darkness, and could no longer relate with the cosmos as connected with God in spirit (or as a fully Co-creator). His centre of consciousness was blind in his spirit, and thus dropped to the lowest, or rather, most dense component of his being, being the body.
The body has no intelligence of its own and therefore, for him to relate with the cosmos, ego was developed. An identity distinct from the real. Consciousness channeled through the ego caused them to 'see that they were naked', or no longer clothed in innocence, purity and divinity. This is what caused Cain to act the way he acted.
The ego is basically a mask through which consciousness that was meant to be channeled through the lenses of a divinely connected spirit and illuminated soul, channels itself from the lowest componet; the intellectual mind into the physical body.
The Holy Spirit wants to join us again and this Love that she has for us brought a prefect replacement for a perfect Adam, and this happened through Jesus Christ of Nazareth. He wants to turn us into creators again and be part of our creative process. Beyond the physical world and the subtle planes, there is a Heavenly reality that is closed to so many, that the Homy Spirit wants to open us into afresh.

Regarding ego, why don't you think it's something we are born into? A.K.A., the original sin, (after the Fall.)

But wouldn't one say it was ego that started the whole thing, thus, before the Fall?
