Jonesboy been posting amazing stuff, did you read it?

Get some awareness of what Buddhism is!

Please be true!

So you are playing teacher role

I knew it all along

Even those here who are very well informed about Buddhism have no desire to teach as you do

They simply share their offerings

I am learning how not to be in regards to Buddhism through you

I feel strongly about this too

And by the way Ryan this is a "true self" thread if you hadn't noticed, not a Buddhism thread

Gosh when will you learn Ryan

Wrong. There are no students. No one is learning anything.

Wrong. There are too many Buddhist teachers to count. Buddha was the first. They all had a desire to teach. Though I would not use the word "desire" as it implies an ego and that is not what motivated them. A love and respect for truth did.

Just imagine we don't know each other and our background. We discuss certain topic but it would or mustn't be precise and with different tendency of jokes and be funny sometimes. We make friends with one to another.I think that's why we are here.

Friends be calm, equanimity is the right word. We are friends.

I am calm. Very calm and centred Jeremy. Do not let the words typed on paper deceive you to believe I am not.

As for windy, he is so contradictory in himself to such lengths that I am sure he hasn't lost his mind yet, still very much entangled in everything that comes out of his mind.

You on the other hand are clear and concise and offer much to all threads in this section.

Go back and read the first post in this thread. It is an explanation of the term "true self" as defined by Mahayana Buddhism and explained in Buddhist scriptures like the Mahayana Mahaparinirvana Sutra.

Quote:
The Buddha, in some of his most deep-reaching sutras - such as the Tathagata-garbha Sutra, the Srimaladevi Sutra, the Surangama Sutra, and the Mahaparinirvana Sutra (amongst others) - insists that this teaching of the "Buddha-Principle" within all beings is ultimate Truth and must not be rejected

You know what you posted in response to Buddha's teachings on the "the True Self" or "True Soul" (satya-atman)?

You posted a link to a pop song with lyrics refering to alcohol consumption (we moonshine) and drug use...(and molly)

Palms rise to the universe
As we moonshine and molly
Feel the warmth, we’ll never die
We’re like diamonds in the sky

You made the same mistake with using your instead of you're again. Also you spelled colours and everyway wrong. Self awareness is a wonderful thing.
