Moderation in all things. Too much of a good thing is suicidal. This applies to the ego and our concepts of duality and non-duality. I will say this: in its purest and fullest form non-duality dictates the absence of love. Love is dependent on the existence of other.

To elaberate further on my previous posts on this thread, opposites, duality, mind, body, ego and pleasures are not bad in general and are not the spiritual problem. The spiritual problem are suppressed memories, thoughts, feelings and etc that causes one to seek/search for pleasure to feel adequate, one, content, satisfied etc.
Negating the mind and body, or trying to, when the mind has unresolved suppressed memories, thoughts, feelings and etc, more than likely does more harm than good.

Very interesting.
For me the others do really exist. So love is real. It is just that myself and the others are somehow all One.
This doesn't make sense and is a delicious paradox.

I agree the love is real, indeed. Glad you think it is a delicious paradox!
No...you are right: this doesn't make sense;
not to this teeny, little peanut-brain we have...it certainly does not.
And this is why we have the ability to expand our awareness, go beyond our everyday mind
or brain and experience 'altered states' in deep meditative states.
When we get into a different 'zone'...we see perspectives...think of an person that is suddenly having an NDE.
They suddenly 'see'...ahhh.
There is a much bigger picture going on.
It's very exciting...this life is a fun Journey of discovery, imo.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru.

The oldest upanishads had an interesting take on love and non-duality. According to this view the experience of love is real but it is not caused by an invisible relation between a lover and an object of love. It is produced when the lover realizes that the object of love is not different from him or her. It is a step towards the ultimate experience where the mind perceives just one object. So love does not produce the experience of losing the self into the eyes of the lover, but losing the self into the eyes of the lover produces the experience of love.

Hello. Exploring existence as being one whole constantly interconnected ongoing process,---our "own" part in that process seems inevitable?

Hello.
We may choose to wonder if unknowing confines us to seeking identity as what or who in the frame of when?
Knowing sees with the perspective of identity being the the behavioural how of our choice.
--The judgement of which is not measured as such but is apparent in the constant process of interaction of cause and consequence.
I hazard a guess/thought that any purpose in this process is connected with harmony.

Divine/unconditional love is non-duality. Conditional love is thinking dually, I like/dislike this and that. This and that is either good or bad. Not thinking this way consciously and as a choice is thinking non-dually and is divine/unconditional love.
