Fascinating:

''How many times was Jehovah removed from the Bible?
In the New World Translation of the Holy Scriptures (1961, 1984, 2013) published by the Watchtower Bible
and Tract Society, Jehovah appears 7,199 times in the 1961 edition, 7,210 times in the 1984 revision and
7,216 times in the 2013 revision, comprising 6,979 instances in the Old Testament, and 237 in the New..''

And yet the name 'Jehovah ' never appears in the Ancient Greek New Testament Manuscripts and has never been found. Must be the little fella with horns playing tricks again..

Now, could it be that because the Jews revered the Name of God so much,
(As we know they even spell God as G-d...and Yahweh as the unpronounceable YHWH)...
that it was nothing other than another form of reverence and respect,
(ie, not to take the Lord's Name in vain) - that some transcribers, translators replaced it with, "Lord"?

I would think this is a more sane reason.

The Tettragramaton is used in the various texts used for Bible translatons. That word is usually translated as Yahweh and sometimes as Jehovah.

As for the name of God being used in various texts used for translations, as older manusript are found, some of those manuscripts use the name so the name count gets increased.

It was because they fell over and over and feared taking his name in vain. The righteous do not fear taking his name in vain, only the wicked do. At Romans 10:13-14--it shows one must use his name. Jesus himself promised to keep on making that name known( John 17:26) that is real reverence for Gods name, not removing it. because God wants it known and used, Its the whole reason behind him inspiring it in his written word 7000 spots. They had no right to remove it. Satans will caused it and his will keeps it out.

YHWH= Jehovah--It might be YHVH they arent 100% sure. YHWH was in the OT nearly 6800 spots, OT quoted in NT over 200 spots.

Isn't it the other way around - the righteous would be afraid they would (accidentally) take His Name in vain.
Why would the wicked care ?

Great, you used the quote box well.

Ancient Greek Manuscripts of the New Testament do not use the word Jehovah as Gods name, who added it ? Was it Satan's will to add it and and therefore alter the Verses....

Did ancient Greek have an ancient word in Greek for the Hebrew word for the Tetragrammaton?

No they didn't. the word should have been translated from Hebrew to Greek just like the word Amen was but it wasn't.

The Tetragrammaton (YHWH) does not appear in any of the 5,255 known Ancient New Testament Greek manuscripts. The Tetragrammaton is also absent in the writing of the early Christians.
