Rose quartz, raw.
I'm unsure how much is to do with the crystal itself, it may be more to do with the person who gave it to me and the energy she put into it. The point i was at in my life when it was given to me and the genuine love and care of a true friend... it's intention.
But whatever may be the case, i find it calming, reassuring and slightly addictive.
