Why can't I find Afro-Americans playing hockey at the professional level?
Why can't I find Afro-American Nobel Prize laurettes?

I think a lot is to do with the religious and cultural background of people here. Agreed. That was what initially compelled me to respond in the first place.

What exactly do you think is funny? I don't find any of this particular thread funny. It seems more like you come across somewhat offensive or as if you claim to be a medium but have no clue what you are talking about......like you have occasionally on other threads. Then when people call you out or tell you where you are wrong, you say stuff like how we are funny to you. Either think about what you say before you say it or don't say anything at all. There is nothing wrong with having your own beliefs but in a forum that involves these kind of abilities......when you say some of the things you say, I question if you are really a medium after all IMO. I can connect to the living as well as the other side and a spirit that is present has let me know that you have insulted someone living other than me which was why I responded on that person's behalf since they do not have an account.

So again.......think about the impression you want to give to others before you post threads like this.

I've wondered why blacks were virtually nonexistant at seminars, workshops I'd attended ....... the same question really.

As it seemed odd being that their spirituality has always been a given.

It's really sad that an innocent question led to this furor.......

I don't see it as funny though a bit ludicrous how things got turned this way, from a simple query for information.
