Swimming in the sunlight, sitting in the sauna doing yoga for an hour, eating well, drinking lots of water and feeling very relaxed, that was all the good parts of my day.

Took a walk and jog around the top rim of my favorite trail/gorge. Went and visited with a dear friend I've not seen since I started divorce proceedings, and it was so nice to sit with her and chat and a couple others. Had 3 glasses of wine :-)
We each got private readings from a psychic, talked some more.
Had a very good talk with another dear friend.
