Hard to say. I think I am still figuring this out. As someone who has been pretty dang serious throughout their life I believe it would help me to cultivate more joy and fun, and I have been practicing that.

But then there are many things that happen that aren't fun at all that seem somehow destined to be so we can learn.

If I think of the universe as intentionally playing it's part to bring me what i need to learn and grow for my soul I notice not everything is fun, that's for sure. But I think life can be a lot more fun than I believe it to be.

Certainly with no fun, what is the point? But if it was all just fun why even come here I wonder?

There is a time for both. Life will throw stuff at you, but how you deal with it its up to you.
