Hi HORACE, could you expand on this a little bit please? this is the exact description of sth I have always felt (external source that is present and I am uncomfortable with) but am unable to understand what it is...

I did some research on the arcturians and gave it a little thought. The fascinating about them is their evolution only spiritual based from 4d to 6d, which als changes the apearance. The other thing, they ingest only energys and i observed that the more i become conscious and are able to chaneling the less i consume food, the less i get ill. Also my apearance and body has changed and stil does change trough the ligth body ancensions process. Which i can concloude that the arcturians do make sense and that we humans going trough a spiritual evolution since earth integrates 5d. In another text i found is that the arcturians do preffer to connect with humans in dreams the absolute subconscious state of mind . At that time we humans fall asleep we have a similar vibration as the arcturians which seem efficent for comunication trough a REM phase. Their only reason to comunicate is to give us the knowledge about spirit and mind which helps us to access who we truly are. In my understanding now i feel like they are the intergalactic light workers and spiritual guides which just vibrating in love, peace and harmony.

to have the sensation of no one at the wheel, or perhaps indifferent or
even hostile caretakers, would be a cause for concern.
our conscious mind recognizes that we cannot consciously control our
travels 24/7, we need to rely on something else to some degree.

the arcturians reassure us that we are our own masters;
we are not reliant on some other being for our welfare.
so, we need only to trust ourselves, trust that our subconscious is
steering us properly in those times when it is needed.

the pleiadians are helping us to recognize how we have given some
of our power (control) over to indifferent masters, and how we can
reclaim our self mastery from them.

Very helpful explanation of the subconscious.
Refering to developement in the conscious of humanity i can see now much paraleles of where are we actually going. As example the most alien races are comunicatinv telephaticaly or on a energetic level. Now also the special relationships as the TF makes totaly sense that it is a part of the human evolution of the conscious. TFs as example or other similar connections having telephatical skills altough but yet stil unsubconscious and on a soul level. Also the super intaligent kids whivh wre born these days mostly named starseeds having skills as psychic and telepatic to. Another one is the sexuality and the genders as we know will completely disapear and the way how we repoduce ourself. That you can see why there are more and more people which bonding emotional instead of sexual. The homosexuality also is far more spread during the past years. I have no problem with it , love has no gender anyway. Many young peoples having also the feeling of androginity as well feeling gender less. As far as i know aliens dont have a gender. Some races are clones of couple energys, no idea how this is suposed to work but very interesting. I see alot more paraleles...and for me it does make much sense...
