I haven't tried sleeping with a stone under my pillow, after doing it with my Labradorite, it caused me pain in the back of my head and the back of my neck, it was a weird sensation.
But I slept with my rose quartz pendant on last night!

I typically grid my mattress. Right now I have amethyst clusters at the four corners. In my pillowcase is a piece of vanadinite and fell asleep ‘holding’ a rose quartz seer stone close to my heart.

every night i sleep with my rutilated quartz , my clear quartz, my citrine, apache tear, and purple goldstone inside my pillow case. i have no weird sensations i think my citrine has been really good at bringing me more money though sometimes i sleep with my lotto under my pillow too n i've been winning a lot lately.

Cool thread. I really need to learn about this,
Used my improvised rose quartz pendant last nite, but I need grounding-protection and need to try something beyond that,
black obsidian i believe is recommended
