gautama siddartha was called a Buddha but never claimed this title, Buddha means 'enlightened one'.

So let's say... on the road to enlightenment we get this fancy Bat Mobile type vehicle... I think mine has a flat tire... every five miles I stop to throw my hands up in the air and kick it a few times... then realizing I don't got a spare I hop back into the Bat Mobile and get back on the road traveling a less then smooth course.
