Ah I see. My current hurdle is trying NOT to fall completely asleep when trying to attempt astral projection. Still trying, still trying. I seem to fall asleep faster than I can blink lol.

I used to have that problem crumbz. What I do that works for me is I lie down and meditate on my back in the afternoons. I mostly do not ap that way but it helps a lot not to feel tired later. Mostly I can attempt to ap without feeling tired any time of the day or night. If I am stressed or something bad has happened I fall sleep. I found it is too hard to successfully ap if you are too tired. I do not try to ap if I am tired.

As I said you can practice early in the morning after having a sleep. I used to ap that way many times. It is probably the best time to practice because the body and mind is already calm and relaxed making ap a lot easier to achieve.

If you do not meditate I would recommend to practice meditation on a regular basis as it can help a lot to ap. Do not worry if you have lots of thoughts going through your mind. You can still ap even when that happens. Just keep pushing the thoughts away.
