If the manner in which you are conceptualizing 'God' is not serving to bring a sense of clarity, understanding, and acceptance in your life over time - it may be more practical/functional to consider exploring other possibilities (by that I mean other ways of conceptualizing/perceiving)....

These are just rhetorical questions.
In the end, we cannot ascribe any human attributes to 'God'...maybe with the exception of Love...but His Love is different, it's unconditional.
"Fairness" is conditional.
We like to blame God for being 'unfair' but in doing so, we must also see those times he was 'fair' and be grateful for those times too.

This explains this concept beautifully!

I don't know if this can always be the case. Is it fair some have to live with violence around them or suffer starvation in the world. Hopefully we can see sometimes unfairness though is real. If one is in the position where some say something is fair and other's say it isn't, how lucky they are.

I know where the complaint department is. There is always a giant line and when you get to the front the lady just gives you more paperwork and sends you to the back of the line.

Fairness is just a one sided human concept. It does not exist if you raise above the subject and look from different angles. There is a fundamental law of cause and consequence - Karma and it decides who gets what
