If I were to swear, mention drugs or stuff of an explicit sexual nature then a gaggle of mods would be in here clucking like a load of chickens and removing my post PDQ but when it comes to my religion 'Spiritualism' they are very conspicuous by their absence. Why is that?

We are all entitled to visit any thread we like here, we are all entitled to debate any subject, be it spiritualism, Christianity.... whatever. Some of us like to snuggle up in their belief systems, and if anyone comes to question them, they get upset, why is that ?.

I dont see where this discussion brings in MY religion Spiritualism.

But does it really matter, the OP may have made a mistake but still, does it really matter, also Glen, no one owns religion, we are all Spiritual, in fact we are all more Spiritual than your's or anyone else's religion. the truth behind all religions, is love, do you see what I mean ?.

This discussion/posting area is called a forum - it's not a branch.

I doubt that Spiritualists want to own it but this Spiritualist suggests again that matters discussed in the forum ought to have direct relevance to the religion and philosophy of Spiritualism. The forum shouldn't be a dumping ground for unrelated discussions. Well-mannered members would take their discussions to appropriate forums.

Boorish behaviour is not attractive and is far from spiritual.

instead of attacking others, why not explain prayer from the viewpoint of the religion and philosophy of spiritualism?
