A lovely organic, tender beef stew (made 2 days earlier) to share with my mum who has just been discharged from hospital. Felt nourishing/wholesome.

Last night's dinner was unmentionable but tonight's will be cinnamon chicken, steamed veggies, and maybe...risotto. I've never made it before so I suggest y'all unplug your smoke detectors.

Risotto is tough. I ruined it the few times I tried to cook it. Good luck!
