Dear Honza, For calling oneself as a son/daughter of God, one has to be saved from his/her sins by believing that Jesus died for his/her sins. You have to accept Jesus Christ as your personal saviour and live for him. After this, you have to be born of the water and the spirit, that is, being baptized and being filled with the Holy Spirit. Only those who are led of the Holy Spirit can call themselves the sons of God. They are also joint heirs with Christ. Do you have these qualifications?

With due respect I am of the opinion that people are free to call themselves how they see fit as long as they do not hurt others. I don't believe that Jesus is the only being who is entitled to call themself the Son or Daughter of God. It is something which I believe we all are.
