I stir fried some diced cooked potatoes along with strips of red pepper, red chilli before adding organic raw king prawns (over a lower heat, so as to not toughen them) for the last few minutes. Separately I semi-steamed some torn cavolo nero and mixed it into the prawn mixture.

Yes it's a type of kale but not curly; it's long leaves are very dark green = high in minerals. Very tasty and makes a great pesto.

Researching said it is used a lot in Italian cuisine. Kale is very popular. I'm more of a swiss chard eater.

Cavolo nero is a stronger flavour than swiss chard.

I think I will have tonight a plain peanut butter and Jelly sandwich.
I was going to by my TV a dinner, but I can't figure out how the TV eats the TV Dinner. Does anybody know?

ameliorate, yes kale in general is stronger than swiss chard.
