Hi Flowers, If you read "Autobiography of a Yogi" this book gives quite a bit of information on Babaji, who brought Kriya yoga back to the earth, which was first given by Krishna. He is immortal and stays in the Himalayas. He is dedicated to helping mankind to awaken to enlightenment, so he is available to anyone who is sincere about their spiritual growth. He is very loving and kind. All receive a blessing when his name is spoken with reverence. He is the divine father incarnate on earth. Hope this helps. lovetruth

Dear ones, your world changes with your focus. If you dwell on the negative aspects of life, you will surely draw those unfortunate circumstances to your life. If,

rather, you set your sights on that which is loving, balanced, beautiful, and all inclusive, this will be your outcome. It is best to stay on the side of positive outcome

and see good in the world and each other. The dream persists only when one believes that there is an opposing outside force. This manifests if one has not cleared

their own darkness within, and are in the habit of projecting that image outside of self. The nearer one can hold to inner and outer perfection, the sooner the world will

shift to a positive and loving outcome. It is the idea of imperfection that holds the ego in its grip of falsehood. Remember dear ones, all springs from perfection and

goodness. Duality is a necessity that reinforces the dream to bring one to awakening, seeing beyond the apparition, seeing what is real within. This is why it is

important to truly know yourself as loving, kind, peaceful and balanced. When you reach the depth of your inner being, this is revealed and belief shifts as one

integrates the truth as a way of life. Those things that are foreign to light are but the play of shadows on the screen of illusion, to distinguish for the soul, a time and

place to act out in a guise of separation. When you realize that the inner is not separate, but the one abiding truth and unity, the shadows will fail to entrance you and

life generates joy from the sweet depths of wisdom. One sleeps willingly in ignorance, or in pursuit of those things that are finite. One awakens fully when choosing the

real over the false. Use you intent for that which is positive and good, that which supports love and change for all beings. If you recognize beauty in yourself and in

your brothers and sisters without judgement, that beauty and love will be returned to you, for life is but a reflection of what one lives and projects. Let goodness be

your strength, for all that is good, is supportive, true, and pure, and will always lead to peace. Do not be so willing to hold dear those images that need to fall away.

Let them spill away, as your light penetrates and brings the information of light which is most needed. Do not shun anyone, dear ones, but rather project your

goodness and purity all around you so that your light does the most good. All hearts respond to love, no matter how hardened, and if they show the appearance of

rejecting light, it is but for a short time, for all ultimately return to the source of all that is truth. Babaji

Dear ones, when you discover the simplicity of life, that simple appreciation that makes you aware of your surroundings in a new way; the beauty of life is not

overlooked, it is recognized as an integral part of the whole. It matters not what you are observing, be it ice crystals on trees, or a child's smile, when you attune to

life and do not look beyond, by trapping yourself in a thought that does not correspond which what you are experiencing in the moment, you will then experience

moment to moment, and the light and beauty of life will then unfold. Once the mind is unfettered with dual and conflicting thoughts, you will find a peace that enables

you to connect with the here and now. It is here that you hear that still small voice, the self that is aware and in touch with realms beyond the five senses. You are

all opening to these realms that are your true perception. It is where you can put together the pieces of the puzzle and see clearly the whole. It is here that you

recognize that the earthly life is just a small portion of your vast consciousness, that is aware of the macro and the micro, it sees the deeper meaning in all of life. You

become your own counsel, your own comfort and your own peace, for the true light is, and ever has been within, waiting to be tapped into. One cannot be fooled

when immersed in their highest states of consciousness. It is the goal then, dear ones, to move beyond one aspect and to embrace your full glorious being that beholds

all unity and recognizes the balance and order in all of life. This perspective fans out and encompasses all realities, it is the higher mind that is able to hold these

concepts, so that they influence and unfold in the physical. The greater part of each of you does not stay in the body. It stays in the higher realms and can be

reached in meditation and also in the dream state. If you do not quickly record these images, they are lost to the brain, which has not been trained to hold concepts

beyond linear thought. If you get in the habit of recording your dreams, you may find you are all traveling expensively in the sleep state to other realities, where time is

not as you understand it. Let your imagination loose, dear ones, use it to shift your concept of self. See your selves as the masters you are, imagine yourselves as

perfect, loving and whole. You are shifting into a greater awareness beyond the body consciousness and in doing so you are giving yourselves permission to remember

who you are. See yourselves as flawless, filled with love and light, see kindness flow from your hearts and peace emanate from you. Project this, love all, let it have a

positive impact on all beings, in all ways. This small exercise is a powerful means of moving your awareness into unity consciousness, that, dear ones, will reshape the

Dear ones, if you find that you are pulled into anger and frustration as you view the world, remember it is but a mirror, and as long as you respond to it as real and

engage yourselves out of balance, then you will only serve to pull that image more deeply into your sphere. Perfection comes with this understanding. One has a choice

always,to be in the world but not of it and this choice leads to balance and harmony. Be ever watchful of your states of mind, one can only be manipulated by matter

if one chooses. You are each infinite consciousness and what you experience is up to you. If you do not attach fear to perception, if you calmly observe, knowing that

you are divine, understanding will descend. All are precious partakers of this grand picture show, all have a part to play, all have choice, there can be no victims in a

play, dear ones, the fully awakened repel suffering just as two magnets attract or repel. It is how you choose to experience that colors your experience. Do you wish

to see from the higher perspective, or wallow in smallness? There is no need to be hard on yourselves, but do observe, dear ones, make it a game of awareness and let

your heart be your guide. Polarity is of necessity, yet you have the power to shift all toward the pole of goodness in your own life, why not use your innate power to

push the world toward love? You all make a difference in your own sphere and the sphere of those around you. Hold true dear ones, keep in the light and know that

much now at play, is but a falling away of the old, as it stubbornly holds on in the face of defeat. Hold firmly to your light, dear ones, shine into every crevice and

know that you are forever the power of divine love. Babaji

Dear one, shining in each of you is that divine diamond, your immortal spirit, that sees and lives only in the eternal. This, your perfect being, cannot be seen nor

touched, it is ever in its own realm of perfection, as it cannot be anything but spirit. The worldly aspect, or material substance can take on any image, as a projection

of mind and this then plays upon the screen that is but a light projection as seeming form. When one lives from that perfect place within, that is of spirit, recognizing

that reality, as the true reality; recognizing that all springs from this divine source within, all of the material takes a back seat to this truth. Dear ones, you must realize

that without the breath of spirit your material bodies could not stand, nor could your brain function, and your heart would cease to beat. You forget dear ones, that

the outer is substance of mind, idea, it is the creation of the divine essence within and it is this that sustains the dream. There is within each of you the spiritual heart,

that is not of the material anatomy. The spiritual heart is the spiritual food that truly sustains the "body". If your vision is spiritual, you will understand these words,

for the mind cannot hold on to two worlds. One must choose either the existence of duality, or the truth of unity. Belief sustains the dual reality, for in belief one holds

true what is false. Wisdom, and knowing embraces the true spirit, for what is known, has no beginning or end and it is beyond the reach of belief; it simply is your true

existence. Dual identity will always lead one astray, unity identity will bring you ever closer to full truth. Form, substance, matter are ultimately light dear ones, as

your scientists discover, form is but space in a matrix of light. Contemplate these things so understanding will dawn, for no longer can you stay immersed in the dream

if you wish to embrace ultimate truth. One must eventually awaken from even the most enticing dream, to find that all the dream images simply dissolve in the light of

day. Wherever your heart lies, dear ones, remember that you are so much more than the dream movie you have chosen to experience. Truth is found in silence, when

you close the eyes of the physical and drop deep into your spiritual heart. You have succeeded when you can see the divine in and through the dream, the source of

all. It is where the diamond most pure is known and cherished. Babaji
