Crucial last game too for both Leeds and Ipswich.
Leeds need to win and Ipswich need to lose for Leeds to get automatic promotion on goal difference...
Like wise, a very close contest between west brom and hull on their last games to see who goes into play offs . Naturally I would like it to be Hull.
I'm quite excited to see Norwich in the play offs too. Quite fond of them , my son lived their for 6 years so we kind of adopted them as one of "our " teams !

I'm still trying to figure out though how come the youth cup final between Leeds and Man city is being played at city's ground.
I still say it should be neutral . Seems highly unfair.

Wow. A draw for Real Madrid vs Bayern Munich. Haven’t seen the game yet but should be a good one.

Nice to see Ipswich get a win as well. Altair will be happy about that one.

Here are the groups for the Euros '24 that start next month.....

Group A = Germany , Scotland , Hungary , Switzerland...

Group B = Spain , Croatia , Italy , Albania ..

Group C = Slovenia , Denmark , Serbia , England...

Group D = Poland , Netherlands , Austria , France ...

Group E = Belgium , Slovakia , Romania , Ukraine ..

Group F = Turkey , Georgia , Portugal , chez rep ...


Straight away we can see in each group who ( on paper ) we would expect to go through , but this is footy and anything can happen...
But whatever happens I can't wait !

It's near the bottom of the dial on mine, I have it marked with a piece of sticky tape for when the footy comes on as it's awkward to tune and usually have greatest hits on .

When it comes to the crunch (latter stages of the knockouts) the Chamoions League is brilliant. Last night’s game was really good, and so was tonight’s. English clubs may not be in it now, but there is still English interest. Kane keeps scoring, Bellingham is like a Rolls Royce in midfield, and Jaydon Sancho looks reborn playing for Dortmund. All very promising.

I'll give it a go maybe but won't hold my breath.
I know whenever hubby goes to Leeds it won't tune in until he gets to about 30 / 40 miles away. Then on return journey it fizzles out again when he's around the same distance out of Leeds. If an evening kick off them I might be in bed anyway!!

Yes, it will just be like any other cup final , with extra time and penalties .
But you know, the more I'm thinking about it the more it might not be so bad .
The Etihad stadium houses a lot more fans than Elland road so the atmosphere should be good.
Will all depend whether or not they allocate the tickets fairly otherwise I won't be happy!!!!!!!
