How am I? I am living every past experience simultaneously in the present moment and awareness of time. That's how I am able to do all this.

Right now? After using this forum to trance channel 5 Spirits all day and going into direct, deep spiritual medium stuff three times, I have a splitting headache the size of the grand canyon....I need aspirin and rest...so they tell me...a few days of necro 'switch off' to adjust and recover from it.

Yeah, you know and are fully aware the duality continues, but that doesn't matter anymore once you know.

I learned a very important necro-word today that had to be applied somewhere else...that word is permission.

Instead of holding back, miserable or not, just allow yourself to feel it. Close your eyes and just don't try and force it, but just feel it...let it be like going fully under in a deep, warm bath...come to think of it, that's pretty close to describing it. lol

I fully understand though, Honza - judging by your signature.

I have tried to hold this back...it's like trying to hold back Niagra Falls with an umbrella....I have tried being humble, but it's like giving a 6 year old a puppy and telling it to 'stroke it nicely'.

There's only so much I can recycle back into the system and sometimes the dam walls just break under the strain and I have to get it out - I need to get it out, even though I know trying to describe any part of it won't help, but I still try by word-association references.

If I could help it I would have already, but the feeling I get deep within my heart and soul tell me this is something I shouldn't even try to 'stop' or 'help' it's like a runaway train gathering momentum.

So, I don't mean to be rude or disrespectful to others and I am trying not to be egotistical or inconsiderate, but I also realise it may appear that way. I'm sorry if I have hurt or offended you in any way.
