The Madonna Lillies are out in full bloom now ... and a beautiful pink Bromeliad nestled under the Norfolk Pine ... spiky splendour!!

They are wonderful plants, Spathiphyllum is the name for madonna lilies.
Lovely to see the flowers thread bloom up again.
Stop and smell the roses. (beware the wolf).

Yes it has touched me today........having lost my garden and home in a fire and waiting to do the outside.....these plants bring to life a space that right now is quite barren and no life.......very beautiful..for the spirit to feel today.

I miss my garden,
her life to me
was a place
I sat
and yearned to be
one with the energy
that she shared so free
her garden delight
I felt in me..
If right now
a rose
was found
amidst
a rocky
broken ground
I would smile
with joy
at spirits love
for giving me
a gentle nudge
a moment
to stop
and smell the scent
of all these flowers
that
are heaven sent

This little one I found all on its own, out in the open sun 
The "Naked Ladies' are just starting to reveal themselves ...
not sure why we call them that here in Australia ...
this one has 3 more buds on the side which will probably open overnight :)
