As I understand it they are energy beings and will take the appearance of people we knew or from our history like Jesus or Buddha that makes us feel comfortable. Some have in fact been humans before. Some are relatives and soul mates we knew in other incarnations or this one. We have multiple Guides and Guides at different points on our Journey, so its a mix bag as to who are Guides are and when and for how long they are our Guides.
Technically anything not from 3 dimensional earth is an alien. So Angels are too. So are your Guides. So to answer the question, we'd have to understand what You mean by alien.
Easiest answer is Yes, they are all aliens. And you'll be one some day too!

Thank you for kind response always felt that deep down our physical body is just a shell when i mean aliens i mean non earth beings that travel to get to earth or inter dimensional alien beings that have same time line but our dimensions have over lapped on same time ?
