Using your initial will/desire to command the ethereal weather format planes of the world.

You are a force. The thing about you is the you have the awareness/consciousness to realise that.

Once you do, you can start bending other forces around you.

Well, I will say when I ask for weather, I am asking for me LOL and not the whole world. You know how when it rains, it rains in certain areas and not others? All I ask is that my day be XYZ or whatever - I don't ask for anyone else. I would never presume to change the weather for anyone else - I hope that makes sense. And the times I've tried it, it has worked. I don't agree that it is a force. I ask, and when I ask I am focusing on what weather I want, then I expect it. I let the Universe worry about the details. I admit I mostly do this in the summer. It gets so hot here sometimes, so I will ask for 78 degrees with a slight cool wind (instead of 100 degress and baking like eggplants)...but we create our reality, and everything in it and once you realize that, you have to take responsibility for what is happening around you in your world. You can have an awesome, amazing day, or you can have a sucky day. I choose to make it as awesome as I possibly can. And I am just getting the hang of all this "MY world - and I mean just me, not THE world" I make up as I go, so I might as well make me happy when I am living in it.

When you control the weather, you have a responsibility to everyone it affects. Think about that before you change it next time.

I know the US Navy created a tornado in the 1970s, from a document I saw. And there has been a lot of speculation concerning Haarp been used for weather modification etc. http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/.

Whether the Haarp project is involved I cannot say.

I would disagree. You are creating/affecting your own weather, and I am creating/affecting mine...I wouldn't presume to create/affect anyone else's, which is what I meant when I said that about rain. I don't know about your weather, but it can be raining in my front yard and not my back yard (speaking generally) so that is all I'm doing. When i ask for 78 degrees in MY World, I am speaking of my own backyard, or wherever it is I am venturing, because I am creating MY world - so in MY world, I can affect the weather, but I can't affect the weather in YOUR world. Only you can do that.

I agree...we are creating individually and also collectively/en masse...

Yeah, I guess that is true...

There are exceptions to the rule though, which is why I said what I did :)
