Dream Angel, they do seem to watch and I know with me, when I'm out by the pond, they really do follow me and keep landing near. I always felt like they knew I was watching them and photographing them. I cannot believe all the different kinds.

Beautiful beautiful images Sarian, you are a very talented photographer.. ((hugs))......i love all the varieties....Ive also had a dragonfly (rare in our city setting) come up to eye level and hover and look at me whilst near my roses.....just wow!........

Sarian, sorry to hear about the bad moment at work. Lovely pictures ! Do you just sit there with your camera waiting for the dragonflies ? or do they just happen to come by when they see you with your camera ?

dragonflies! :) these pictures are very pretty, they remind me of the ones at work. For a while now, when I see one, I simply hold out my hand and they come and sit on it :) we usually communicate telepathically and they often have a message for me, or another nearby to give to. They are quite sweet, smart little creatures :) most the other girls at work kill on sight (which I have attempted to put an end to but I'm still working on it :(
so bugs often swarm them trying to tell them they need to stop, while only one lands on me very little if at all in one day. I pass swarms and they part, those who kill insects are often followed by these big groups as they pester them.
Dragonflies symbolize much, sometimes they are a messenger, other times they are the gentle love in the world, that small gift of hope and dreams. They have much to tell us and are radiant mother nature's intent
