I think it's to do with level of consciousness but since we can split our higher consciousness or spirit many times, there's no reason a splinter couldn't experience life as an animal...

spiritually advanced people can reincarnate anywhere.

We are spirit in a physical body. The physical body is a vehicle for the spirit, nothing more.
It is the spirit, the soul within that is our true self.

good question Tammy.its all about soul evolution, the progress of our spiritual development is upward and when we eventually achieve a human soul type, that has chakras etc, we are on the final leg of the journey, we have now got for the first time since we came here, the way out. So our soul is now too complex for animal forms.hence we can no longer incarnate as anything less than a human

Respectfully, I don't think reincarnation and other lives have anything to do with soul advancement mainly because...what proof do we have?

That and I am very well aware of many of my lives that were non-human, not-earth, and I do not consider myself advanced by any means.

I do believe that there must be other planets with beings on it. The universe is so vast and there are so many galaxies... Yes! Another reader of Sylvia's books! My entire perspective on life changed after reading her books. Now, I not only believe in reincarnation, but I believe that we choose when, where, and who will join us in our next lives. I've always had a hard time believing that in this entire universe, earth is the only planet with life on it. I don't think our creator is really that wasteful. I do believe that we can reincarnate as many times as we like to advance our souls, and are not limited to reincarnating as humans on earth.

I believe we can be reincarnated on other planets. I mean, if we can be animals and other creatures (which, some people don't believe we can be, but it's just my opinion that we can :)), why not? Of course that's if you even believe there is life on other planets! Lol.
