About the creation story as contained in the book of genesis in the beginning God created... The second account would go like, subsequently in another beginning God created again... Or maybe there are just too many beginnings where he created something... I am diagressing. It appears though as if he likes to create and destroy and then create again. We just don't know how often He does this.

So John intentionally began his gospel the way he did, because Jesus is "the source", and way of creation.
Jesus is the Source. He is, "The Lord".

If you look at the two creation accounts in Hebrew, it appears to have been written by 2 distinct persons and/or groups.

The second account is written by what some might perceive as the dominate group and seem to resonate strictly with monotheism. The second group seems to leans heavily toward Polytheism.

I consider these writings to be one of the first metaphysical writings and divulge much on how the authors were able to maintain their perspectives while at the same time being civil.

BigJohn,

Clarify….as you should realize that makes no sense. The second group is strongly both monotheism and polytheism ? Not necessarily 2 authors. The first creation was purely the spiritual man…..Plan B was the physical man……

Did you ever consider how many "beings" religious history has said existed? Everyone believed they were right, and everyone else was wrong.
News flash: This religion is no different.

Thanks for noting the mistake.
What I wrote "The second group seems to leans heavily toward Polytheism" should have been "The first group seems to leans heavily toward Polytheism."

When you read these texts in Hebrew, it is apparent that there are at least two different writer(s). The first group is using the word that sounds something like Elohim in Hebrew and the second group uses the word that sounds something like Yahweh in Hebrew.

I suppose must learn to read Hebrew. Any way in the meantime I think Jesus is not the source but he comes from the Source. He The Lord however but not the only Lord.

Like I always say, by the Spirit, by the Spirit, by the Spirit. Not our minds, not our intuitions, not our beautiful meditation experiences, not any other human being... But by the Spirit. And it is easier to know things 'by the Spirit' than by ourselves, you know, because it takes all kinds of efforts and energies just to think, to question, to read books, to ponder... As opposed to just saying, 'show me'. But we always should be wary to test the spirit behind whatever we see if it is of the truth or maybe just lonely and seeking some attention.
