Thanks all! I forgot this thread existed.
Right now I’m stronger and more stable, but I sleep bad and I have lots of anxiety mostly at night. I hope I can achieve a positive state again. A feel good state.

Intentionally do things that are pleasant for you. Find ways to laugh. Watch funny videos/movies. Start a gratitude journal and jot down every day a list of things you're grateful for. Carry a 'gratitude' talisman in your pocket. It could be a stone, or any other object that will fit in your hand comfortably. And whenever you stick your hand in that pocket and touch it, think of something you're grateful for. Some examples: A beautiful day, your loved ones, your favorite T-shirt is clean and ready to wear, a friend called you, your furkids, you found a parking space close to the store, . . .

I had to look twice: Did I write this? One addition: Do things for others...takes the focus off yourself.
If you're feeling incapable - then feed the birds!
Something for the less fortunate.
Read things that uplift you and give you hope - it could be one paragraph.
