Doing lots of push ups works for me. Also using dumbbells.
I also do yoga asanas and I walk with my dog but I don't think of those as ''work outs''.. LOL..

Hi Libby glad you enjoyed the video links. A Barre is good for workouts rather than using a chair I find, and great that you are using a rowing machine, I have not used one in years lol.
I prefer Pilates & Belly dancing along with Barre Pilates which I have done for several years now. I shall post some more

Asana could definitely count as a workout if you're in a good flow!

I stay motionless in an asana for many minutes so it's not really a work-out, more relaxation and/or discipline ((it depends)).

Chuck Norris is taking it easy most of the time. When he does his work-outs, we experience this phenomenon we have called ''earthquake''.
