Certain guides do come and go once you learn the lesson that they are trying to help you learn. Some guides are assigned to us at specific points in our lives, and may leave when our task is completed successfully, but Guardian Angels do NOT leave our side even through physical death, they are there. Just cause you may lose 5 guides, doesn't mean the plethora of guides in the spirit world cannot help you, you can have as many as you want.
