another good one Lotusflower, is to look in the mirror each day and say "I love you." You will feel resistance at first, but stick to it and the energy will shift to the point where you truly feel worthy of loving yourself. It makes a world of difference. Watch how your aura energy affects ppl then lol

Yep. when my wife moved in with me she made me do that.... It wasn't easy.... But is a really good practice..

Im reading a book at the moment about the same thing.......i agree its so much easier to find the negative within outselves....but with some practise and being aware of our thoughts and feelings we can slowly change our way of thinking to a more positive way:

Yes, and being able to post on a forum like this and get feedback from non-judgemental people struggling to do likewise is of great uplift, don't you think?

I agree with you, and I would like to add that if you look around you, you will find many mechanisms implanted that makes you conditioned, programmed to see more of the negative things and therefore having negative thoughts. For example, the news on tv, if you count the number of negative news materials in one month of brodcasting, you for sure, no matter what channel, what country you are in, you will see that more than 95% of what you hear is about negative things.
