Thank you.
Yeah, I even had to give up my special 'tobacco' because it's all just freaking chemicals now that give me a migraine, panic attacks and make me think I'm gonna die... every time now...does nothing else besides that! It's time I got rid of all of this toxic waste out of my biohazard body....it's time.
I know what I'm in for...I'm in full withdrawal sequence right now. It lasts for three weeks with me, with the first 6 days being the worst...and I have no support so gotta do this on my lonesome...the stomach cramps and insomnia are the worst part...

I smoked cigarettes when I was 16-19 years old, it got in the way of 1 of my sports at the time, handball. Was starting to get winded, so I quit.
As for the other, I live in the emerald triangle and it is everywhere here. And I've enjoyed that for 40 years. It and some wine are my only vices anymore.
My poisons I quit earlier this year were sodas, pastries and fast food and feel a whole lot better. I had a portabella mushroom cheese burger from jack in the box last thursday and I only ate 1/2 before I got sick. 1st one in 2 months and my body can't handle that type of food anymore.
I'll send positive thoughts your way.

Yeah, I wish I could just sit back and enjoy it, but I can't anymore. It's gotten worse since my spiritual awakening too...I smoked that for about 30 years too...a quarter oz a week and I am allergic to alcohol, so that's a 'no go' for me anyway...It's just got to that point where I may not survive the next time I do it and I can deeply feel this.

Allergic to alcohol? I'm sorry, Necro... what a curse.
I enjoy the first cigarette of the day and after meals. I don't even really enjoy the other ones throughout the day anymore.

What's your favorite brand/type of smoke?

When I quit, it was cold turkey. It was hard the first 3 months. I succumbed and had a cig one day when a smoking relative came over. Gave me instantaneous headache and I threw up big time. Was sick the rest of the day. Now when I smell a cig, that flashback along with the sick feeling comes back. Ugh.
When I quit as well, my lungs seemed 'fine' before but wow, I began coughing as though I had cancer and coughed up crud. My lungs were cleaning out and it was pretty vile. I felt awful. Feel great now. :-)
