I never said it's not part of the spiritual development and I never said it doesn't wash away the uneeded energies or anything you're putting in my mouth/keyboard.

I merely pointed out that you shouldn't get lost in the jhanas which is what you are talking about because you might not be able to further progress on your spiritual path.

Getting lost has been a huge part of my path, without getting lost I would be much further behind than I am now.........Getting lost has been a way for me to surrender.
There are many paths to take just as many paths as there are people and all paths lead to the same place....Getting lost works for me.

I never said getting lost won't work but you can progress a lot faster without getting lost and you can get past many unnecessary struggles this way aswell.
Why don't you read this good book?

https://www.google.bg/url?sa=t&rct=j...urQQ&cad=r ja

After it you might understand clearly what I meant and not stray from your path(which getting lost means).

Thanks for the book
I will read it tonight because I am going to the mountains now for a walk...Sometimes I like to get a bit lost on my walks...I do it in my physical world as well

Have a nice time being lost during your walk then.
Once you read it I'd love to get some feedback tell me what you think about it.

And for the sake of explaining what I meant in my previous posts here is a quote from the book in hope all can understand what I meant because I'm not good at expressing myself with words.

Quote:
Just to drive this point home, an important feature of concentration
practices is that they are not liberating in and of themselves. Even the
highest of these states ends. The afterglow from them does not last that
long, and regular reality might even seem like a bit of an assault when it
is gone. However, jhana-junkies still abound, and many have no idea
that this is what they have become. I have a good friend who has been
lost in the formless realms for over 20 years, attaining them again and
again in his practice, rationalizing that he is doing dzogchen practice (a
type of insight practice) when he is just sitting in the 4th-6th jhanas,
rationalizing that the last two formless realms are emptiness, and
rationalizing that he is enlightened. It is a true dharma tragedy.

I love you all!
