I can totally relate.

I noted after kundalini that the clearing came in cycles. Clearing then a break, clearing then a break. After awhile the breaks became highs. I've heard that when we're feeling an emotion that is out of proportion to the situation at hand then we are tapping into a past life issue.

It does come as a shock sometimes discovering what has been locked away inside that I never had an inkling about. And then I look back on my life and see the signs that I was unable to recognize at the time.

This clearing stuff is one of the most rewarding and frustrating things I've ever done!

Yeah, I found the idea of clearing very daunting, and sometimes it's not very pleasant, but it's definitely worth it. It can be a bit of a blow to my ego at times as well, I can't believe some of the stuff that bothers me at times, I kind of want to believe I'm above that kind of thing but there's just no sense in denying it.
