If the joints are bad if you haven't already looked into the problems caused by uric acid,it may be worth a look into.

Probiotics are another good weapön. Link is also down on another computer , seems to be happening more often here, I will have to google it,also Jamin mentioned they tried to PM me but could not,not sure why.I have always fancied growing witchazel as it looks quite attractive.
