For Qi Gong There is also a youtube channel and I think a web site connected to it, or maybe it's the other way around. I just found out about it so I've not explored it yet. He seems to have posted videos on youtube for free so anyone can learn at least some Qi Gong. The website seems to be temporarily unavailable, but the youtube channel is still there.

and what I started looking at a short time ago. Should watch the Qi Gong Foundation play list. I think it may give one a good foundation knowledge of Qi Gong. I've only seen the first 4 so far so I'm not to far into that play list.

I'm going to a class, though it has only 6 lessons. 2 more and it's over. though she'll start going back to free classes on Saturdays in April not sure if I'd go since it would be a 4-5 hour trip by bus, since I have no car. One thing the instructor has stressed though is unlike Tai Chi, with Qi Gong you don't need to do movements exactly like the instructor.
