Something has been happening to me lately, and I think it could apply as a tip for helping to enjoy exercise.
What has been happening is I'll be sitting or lounging around somewhere, I'll look at my arms or my legs and even when I do yoga the odd time, I enjoy the look and feel of my body. I find my legs and arms good looking now for some reason, whereas I was pretty neutral about them before far as I recall. Like an appreciation of my physicality. Or arms and legs at least so far, I don't really check myself out in the mirror unless it's to have a staring contest with myself, haha but I digress.
Dancing I could not agree more with Lorelyen, it's the ultimate example of moving just for the pure joy of doing so (well, I can thing of one more thing; and both are exercise, technically speaking).
So I think that is part of it, enjoying your system in motion when you work out. People who exercise have a kind of healthy glow to them imo. Even if just in general physically active, not on purpose by happenstance or what have you.
Another thing is that even moderate exercise, for half an hour a day is scientifically proven to add years to your life. That could be motivation. Good to circulate the blood; sweating, the body's natural way of cleansing. Exercise is also scientifically proven to be an antidepressant. Endorphins, etc.
I'd say find something that appeals to you that is engages you physically, plenty to choose from!
Think everyone above me has some good advice also.

Exercise comes in many forms, but if you're going to like it and stick with it, then it needs tobe something you enjoy doing.
If you're sporty and a people person then maybe team sports would appeal to you. There lots out there - netball, hockey, women's football etc
If not, then maybe jogging or areobvics. Brisk walking is as good as anything for circulation and cardio well-being. Plus with the bonus of fresh air and vitamin D.
Even a Wii is beneficial. I know several people who lost a lot of weight using the Wii sports & workout.

There are many different ways you can exercise and have fun. I no longer needed a car in my life along with the extortionate money costs of running it, so i bought myself a bike. Its so much fun trying new things on it tricks etc but even just for a long cycle during the day or at night is great and really good exercise

If it's not something you enjoy, you won't stay with it. I enjoy running, and cross fit, so I've stuck with them. I think that if you don't look at it as a means to an end, but maybe timing yourself for a better pace, or challenge yourself to do more reps if you do cross fit/weight lifting, etc...those things can keep you motivated as opposed to...'I need to workout today.'
make it fun! :)

I do this exercise called body flow.
To do this you simply allow your body to move about, or to be still, in whatever manner you choose. You can walk about, stand, dance, stretch, shake, do floor work, fill your space, feel your space etc, whatever you feel like doing in the moment.
You can't fail with this approach. Everyone has a body. Everyone can go with the flow.
Everyone can enjoy moving their body if they choose to move in a manner that really suits them and serves their immediate needs and purpose.
