Boy can I relate to this. I knew at some level that it was..um, impolite or unreasonable for me to keep asking for signs and proof. But I got them anyway. I wanted to "see" the energy of a mountain but I couldn't manage to project. One night in my bedroom this rectangular wall of fog-like substance appeared in my room It stayed for 10-15 minutes. It had some areas that were thicker than others.
Then came the feathers. Literally hundreds of feathers later, I realize what a huge pain in the tush I must have been when I think of the effort required to re-locate a feather from where it fell to the place I needed to see it, at the time I needed to see it. I have put many of them on my DreamCatcher but I have a bagful of others, yet unmounted.
And all because I required "proof"--i.e. couldn't trust myself and my guides enough to take what I felt as "real" or to accept the message I got..
I'm not sure I'm totally over it yet, but I am at least aware.
