Resting in awareness, that's been my meditation for over a year now. You will get there too.

It's possible to experience oneness in the day to day consciousness, without any magical or supernatural happening, just plain old consciousness but seeing the oneness. I really wanted to prove it's possible because once you experience it you realize it has always been within, here and now.

Now, to me it's all a matter of not "losing" it anymore, not losing the sight of it, I think this is the better expression, because it does feel like that.

I actually know why I am here, I came to have this human experience with the people I call my family, that is the main story, spirituality is the way I made sure I am not going to forget who am I.

Resting in awareness is the first step, from there more and more doors open, at least in my case, it's too difficult to describe how it happens, I think each one of us has an intimate way to rest in awareness that transcends words.

I'm quoting both because for me, it took so much dedication to get away from my family. But if I had stayed with them, I would probably be like you. I'm saying here that the family framework may not matter so much, but talking about it, communicating, does matter.

A wasp just stung me a week ago, ha ha ha :))

The connection with nature in Europe, if we were in India we would probably report cobras coming around :)

Funny anecdote, another one. Once there was a public show next to the place where I was sleeping.
I went there to watch the show, I found a sheltered place, not the best one but sheltered.
I looked like a sadhu probably, long hair, long beard, with no belongings on me.
I sat there, crossed-legs, focused on my breath, a few people passed next to me without noticing me.
They could see me, but just like they see a rock, not as a living being.
Other people came, looking for a place to sit, a couple with children sat maybe 15 meters away from me
The husband was afraid of me, and I saw him manifesting a snake
The snake didn't exist, it only existed in his mind and in his fear, but I saw a movement of his mind
It was very short, very brief, like the wind moving dust and making him think there's something
Anyways, children were very intrigued, I was like a movie character for them! As if I existed, but in another world.

I suggest that it is not so much an experience and more of an identification.

Our true nature is limitless Being which is both empty (having no qualities) and full (being everywhere it is complete).

When Consciousness identifies with limitless Being then Consciousness rests in Oneness.
