The best book that I've read on the subject so far is "The Oxygen Prescription: The Miracle of Oxidative Therapies" by Altman, Nathaniel ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004KSQMF0/ref=kinw_myk_ro_title ). He's been studying the published literature in relation to clinical trials over the years and has put together a nice collection on the subject! And if you can find a copy of: OZONE A New Medical Drug by Velio A Bocci, this is clearly the most intense read on the subject of such therapies.
IV treatments could range from one exposure to address a problem to many over the course of months. It's individualized by patient. So it's possible, that with differing issues, that one exposure may serve as a nudge toward resolution but not manage to address it effectively.
Of course diet is huge, and I'm watching where numerous clinical studies are not including the shifting of diet into the mix. It's often a bad diet that gets us into such situations in the first place... even if we manage to fix a problem with a treatment like ozone it'll return if all other factors remain the same.
I would still like to encourage you to look seriously into kefir. My wife had serious reactions to 104 samples out of the 120 used by the allergy doctor... after incorporating kefir she has none..... And after about a year of steady use we have nothing even remotely resembling arthritis... if anything we're more flexible (I can now touch my knees to my forehead, it's been well over 20 years since I could do that!) Kefir is alive and most aerobic... what a wonderful tool it has been! :^)
(I probably won't be able to write again until Saturday of this week... I'm going into an internet free zone until then... will return shortly... :^)

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru.

Homemade, only homemade... never the commercial stuff!
You sweeten it yourself, use the kind of milk you prefer and add to it whatever you will...
I have a thread on the subject that I havn't added to in a while but I'll bump it back to the top for you to look at... I drink about a half quart or more a day... it's seriously good for ones gut flora mastery! :^)
