So, so, so true! This goes for any negative encounter, for instance, during astral projection or sleep paralysis. The hardest thing is applying this rule to living people....

Exactly! In order for another to have power over us we have to give up our own sence-of-integrity, and hand it to them of our own accord... just the "assumption" that someone else can control us is often sufficient... Self-doubt, in regard to personal integrity, is a learned thing, and well worth the time invested to dissolve and be done with.... :^)
