I would go and get yourself checked out by the Dr first. This is always important if something is going on physically with the body, only when this is totally ruled out can you turn to the spiritual aspects of the body.

I have never heard of bloating specifically connected to chakras but you can get it especially if you have the ability of physical mediumship, but that can only be handled by an very ADVANCED medium in that area which I am not.

If I where you I would keep a food and drink diary and see if any food correlates to your bloating, some foods can take up to a week to reacte. When you see your Dr take it with you and show it to them, it will help them a lot.

I do have a gut illness that will cause bloat and there are a lot that do, so its best to speak to a Dr about it first. If that is given the all clear contact one of the big associations like the Spiritualist National Union to see if you can contact a physical medium with your problem to see what they say.

Since your bloating was helped with your change in diet - it wouldn't be what I thought it might be.
If you were to fast for 2 days, say, have no bloating, but had steamed spinach, for example ----you would still bloat.

However, you might still want to try what was told to me --- odd thing is on the 20th
day you may still have the same problem, then suddenly on the 21st day ----it's all gone forever. (since '85 for me)
Americans often want the 'quick fix' - but this is a program you will not find any benefit from for 3 weeks.

No coffee, no sugar, no alcohol. Cut way down on breads and pasta, but you
can have them.
Otherwise eat normally.

First let me tell you, HA! After this regimen I had...now get this...
A full Mexican plate with beans and rice as sides, chips and salsa,
a BOWL of Black Bean soup! Desert!! And 2 beers!!

My stomach was as flat as on any morning, like a board!
Oh, I remember that evening, showing everyone!!

Try this, but I'm not thinking it is for your issue. But, hey, it could help tremendously.

-2 xs a day - 10 drops of Echinacea in, say, in 2 ounces of water, as blood purifier
-2 xs a day - the highest billions of 6 Acidopholus caps
(I actually was told a bottle a day of acidophilus liquid in those brown bottles in the cold section. They are so expensive now...but if you want to be specific...1/2-2 xs a day - if you pour coffee on top you'll kill all acidoph.)
-1000mg Vit C
-4-800 IU Vit E
-2-3 xs a day make a cup of hot water with 1/4 teaspoon of Can-Gest

Purchase the 4 oz jar of powder -$20 way more economical than 100 caps - or 3-4 open capfuls in hot water.

Can Gest is a miracle powder - I ate a Chinese buffet with a group at 37 yrs old---everyone was full, bloated,
sickish, you know from over eating...
I had a cup of tea with 1/4 t of Cangest before I left - I was like I hadn't eaten!!!

ANY indigestion and a cup of hot water with only Can Gest and "gone" - even after I ate
a sandwich with mayonaisse that was in the sun too long and my stomach was cramping!!!
It should be in everyone's house!

I have this formula written on paper for people ---if I forgot anything I'll tell you.

Here is an easy cleanse that has worked unbelievably for me.

It's called "Ascension Juice for Rapid Detox"
Clears all blockages.

Juice together and stir vigorously:

2 oranges
4 lemons
2 limes
1 grapefruit

Each morning on an empty stomach, drink 1/3 cup, followed by a chaser of water.
Do this until you feel the benefit and your body tells you that's enough.
(could be days or weeks)
Eat frequent, light meals without grains for best results.

Ever have a Live Blood Cell test?

Do you drink much?

What's your gen diet like?
Regular bowel movements?

male
workout 4-6 days a week
coffee yes - but only recently, 2 espresso shots pre-workout
sugar - maybe a chocolate bars worth a day
bowel movements - 2-3 a day
fatigue - somewhat
diet - pretty good for my age, veg once a day, alot of food cooked at home
I'm a smoker!

I've tried activated charcoal, aloe vera, green tea, capsicum(pepper), large water intake, stomach massage

I hold my belly in, and I started to let it hang out, and then I feel my bowels moving, that is helping

But yea its literally flat stomach in the morning, then bang, eating anything makes me just huge, its almost as if my stomach is just really sensitive :(


I will be doing full blood work soon and having a colonic also

It could be associated with your liver and/or gall bladder - common problems.

It could be if you're eating GM foods (more than likely you could be getting it from somewhere, especially in the states) almost all corn is GM as is soy. Plus stress doesnt do your liver any favors.

Just some thoughts 'n my 2 cents.....

That's all I need to hear...ask the doc for a Live Blood Cell,,,that's where you see your blood under a slide projected up so you can see everything - your red blood cells, your bacteria, the fat you just ate floating around....

You do what I said for 21 days.
You will be soooo happy...as simple as it sounds.
Smoking is actually ok.
Get the Can Gest - leave nothing out!

I can't wait...


And yes, gall bladder, liver are involved ---but, my friend , you have so much bacteria in your blood via your
colon that you can't even eat without the by products of the bacteria - making you bloat.
Have colonics - of course - but honey, it's even in your blood - it's systemic now.

Do what I was told and others have done - as simple as it sounds and you will be cured!!!!

Cut out all grains and sugar for one week just to try it out. I did it for 3 Weeks once and got a really flat stomach. I try to stick to a diet recommended by the Weston A. Price foundation. They have articles on how grains are hard to digest and they should be soaked before eating to make them more digestible. the diet means sticking to wholesome foods and natural fats like animal fats. Not vegetable oil. Another cause of the bloating can be candida yeast overgrowth. Or leaky gut (hopefully not). The diet helps those. And probiotics.

Ah, I hope it will be that simple.

My experience was - you could do that or fast for a week -didn't matter - one bite of anything and the bloating started again.
But, yes, try this, for sure.
