Great advice Tobi, I usually do the third option as I have never been able to get out of body (though the amount of sleep paralysis experiences I've had means I have often tried, quite useful really).
But to expand what I said in my first post, conscious breathing is the best way to break of of paralysis so rather than wiggle your toes remember to breathe deeply instead. The lungs are the only muscles still functional during paralysis for safety reasons, so if you can calm down enough to regain control over your breathing then you can break the paralysis. Sometimes it doesn't work so I will just lay still (third option you mentioned) and wait for it to pass which usually breaks it because I'm not struggling and I'm accepting instead.
