Awesome dream jo! It's hard to mess anything up in a crock pot.
Well today didn't go as planned so I pulled some already smoked hamburger patties from the freezer and we will have cheeseburgers and fries.

Sure you can dream jo, I'll pull out a smoked hamburger for you!
I've made a fruit cobbler of sorts in my crock pot. I use my small 1 1/2 quart crock pot for this.
1 1/4 c flour, divided
1 c sugar, divided
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbso oil
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
4 c fresh or frozen fruit
2 tbsp butter, cut in small pieces
Spray crock pot insert with cooking spray. In a large bowl combine 1 c flour, 3 tbsp sugar and baking powder. In another bowl combine egg, milk, vanilla and oil. Stir into flour mixture just till moistened.
In a small bowl combine salt, remaining flour, and sugar. Add fruit. Pour on the bottom of the crock pot insert. Top with butter pats. Drop bits of the dough on top of the fruit. Cover and cook 2 1/2-3 hours or until fruit is bubbly. Insert toothpick in dough. It should come out clean.
Tell me if you need me to convert the measurements to metric.
