Pretty much every song they've made should be on here, but I'll just throw 3 of my favorites from the first album.
The Roots - Do you want More?
The Roots - The Lesson Pt1 Dice Raw always came into every song just spitting fury.
The Roots - Silent Treatment
And just because I'm in the mood....
The Roots - Act Too(The Love of my Life)
Met Black Thought outside of a Rahzel Concert on South Street in Philly years ago. He was so down to earth, just a guy standing on the corner next to us. I think half the people around us didn't event realize it was him. Talked for 5 minutes, always amazes me how down to earth some artists are when you don't hound them and just talk to them as I would talk to anyone else. And Rahzel was ridiculous, he did a scratch battle against DJ Skribble and it was just amazing to see how talented he was. Come to think about it, he may be buddha, the amount of air his diaphragm would consume defies logic.

Very nice beatboxing, I like it. Well you must be pretty awesome because I can't get anyone to speak with me in public for more than a minute ;D Haha in all seriousness very cool experience, End!. I saw the Roots at an outdoor venue in NYC 7 -8 years ago. I always loved their authenticity/beats
