Life within the flow potent
Influx
Outflux
Cessation
In continuation
Each half breath reveals
ॐ vibration in heart concealed
As magnetic energy
If we be in synergy
Recognition as re-remembrance
Of our innate pristine innocence
Mind-body we accept
Yet do not overly dissect
For thought to know the cause
We must pause
Pause being stagnation
Self blocking bliss elation
Unbound in our blossoming
In being so becoming
Polarities of duality we rotate
In stillness sedate
Empty within we cease to resist
Essence of presence a bliss mist

Transcendence within & without in each pulsation
