be-cause i used a self invented similar system as yours to investigate myself... look under the hood to see what made me tick... my question to myself was 'who am i and why do i do the things i do'... and went over my perceptions of all my experiences 'one by one' with brutal honesty... took about three years... i like to be thorough... the labyrinth of the mind is quite a job... and yes... i had burried my 'self' so deep that i even hid the map from myself... but i'm good at what i do (sometimes)... i have many skills...
as i said... it is a useful endevour... but it is quite a presumption for you to say i havent when i know i have...
so, back to a question i had... are you mind and body, or mind body and soul... i have a need to know...

I just do.. that all any of us can say with complete certainty.. without writing a dissertation, i can only say i have spent more than thirty years of sincere looking to 'know' this truth.. i am One and many, how choose to focus my awareness is the perspective i experience.. it is not 1 OR 2, it is both..
